COVID-19 Response Plan and Daily Operations
With the release of residential and commercial construction by our Governor on May 7, Action Awning may now conduct on-site appointments and installations. Any products ordered prior to and during the Stay Home Executive Order are now being released by our manufacturers and are beginning to arrive in the order they were requested. We will make every effort to schedule installations, cleanings, and appointments in as expedient and efficient a manner as we are able.
Please also know that our concern for the safety of our customers and employees is paramount. Our employee’s health status is screened daily, and we are using the appropriate protective equipment, social distancing, and disinfection guidelines as recommended by the CDC, the MDHHS, and our local health departments both in our offices and on our job sites.
We are continuing to offer “contactless” virtual appointments for our initial consultation, which helps us to begin the review of your project in a more timely manner. Finally, we are also utilizing electronic and paperless methods for estimates and invoicing when feasible.
